I invite you to take a journey into the symptoms of your body and listen to these symptoms as you have never listened before.  What are your symptoms trying to tell you?  Together we can embark on a journey to build a wellness plan that can empower you to become the master of your own health.

I believe that the body is all wise and knows how to heal itself.  I am willing to be with you in a way that will assist you in listening to your inner wisdom.  Together we can reset your nervous system and restore inner balance.

The techniques or modalities I practice include Therapeutic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Clinical Herbalism, Nutritional Health Coaching, HeartMath Coaching, Nutri-Energetic Systems (NES), and Modern Crystal Light Therapy (Theragem) are grounded in modern science, such as quantum physics; indigenous wisdom, including therapeutic herbalism; and essential bodywork.  They help provide balance to your overall body, mind and spirit supporting your endocrine, nervous and digestive systems and energy field.  I combine them to help you find balance and wholeness and live a fuller, healthier life. As a result, you become the co-creator of your own wellness plan and carry it out in a way that best works for you. ​
